Research Activities (almost in Japanese)
We aim to develop softwares (especially systems software) which make us happy. We also drive for inventing novel software techniques. Traditional researches which aim to expose "Truth" are not our main goal.
Research on Programming Language and its Processors. The word "Language Processor" means Virtual Machines, Interpreters, Compilers and so on. Particularly, we have interest in Processor for Scripting/Dynamic language.
Note that Sasada is one of developer of Ruby, Virtual Machine (YARV) maintainer.
We also focus on language design. For example, scripting Language for parallel processing is researched by us.
Research on Operating Systems.
Research on Virtual Machine Monitor such as VMware, Xen, KVM, etc.
Research on Schedule Management. It is not OS's Process Scheduling, but is Calendar information manipulation.
Research on creating interesting software development are welcome.
