Virtual Presentation Instructions

Authors need to submit a video of their presentations and the slide deck to HotCRP by August 9, 2020 (Sunday), 23:59:59 EDT.

Video specifications:

• Each video should be at most 15 minutes long. For each paper, we will first play the video, followed by 5 minutes of moderated Q&A (i.e., a total of 20 minutes per paper).
• File format: MP4
• Video resolution: at least 720p
• Aspect ratio: 16:9 preferred
• Maximum file size: 500MB
  • It seems that HotCRP only supports the uploads of a maximum file size of 100MB. If your video is larger than 100MB but is less than 500MB, please put your video on an external site and upload the access information to HotCRP.
• Record the presenter’s face as well in the video. Make sure that the presenter’s picture doesn’t cover the slides.
• We recommend that you use Zoom or Powerpoint to do video recordings.

We will put the videos on Youtube in unlisted mode and share them to the registered attendees only.
