APSys 2020

11th ACM SIGOPS Asia-Pacific Workshop on Systems
August 24 - 25, 2020

Call for Sponsors

APSys 2020 is organized by the ACM Special Interest Group in Operating Systems (SIGOPS), which is one of the most high-level research community in the related field. Our organizing and program committees consist of leading researchers in the field of system software and related topics, and our participants will span not only across the Asia-Pacific area but also across all over the world including the US and Europe.

To make APSys 2020 a huge success, kind support from the industry is crucial. The organizing committee would like to ask your organization to consider being our financial sponsor.

We believe that this sponsorship opportunity will bring substantial benefit to your organization. For example, 60 out of 112 participants in APSys 2015 (the last time APSys was held in Tokyo) were students. Being advertised as a sponsor on our website will catch eyes of many talented Ph.D. students and their advisors.

Benefits

To become our sponsor takes 100,000 JPY per "share". An organization can take more than or less than a share if it wants to (e.g., 2 shares with 200,000 JPY, 0.5 shares with 50,000 JPY). A sponsoring organization will receive benefits listed below:

  • The organization's logo listed as a sponsor in our website
  • Distribution of flyers to the participants at the workshop
  • A designated booth at the workshop (exclusive for organizations taking more than or equal to 1 share)
  • Free participation tickets to the workshop and the banquet (exclusive for organizations taking more than or equal to 1 share, the number of tickets will change depending on the number of shares)

Inquiry

If you have any questions about the sponsorship opportunity, please feel free to ask them to the general chair (apsys2020 _at_ ksl.ci.kyutech.ac.jp) through emails.
