Registration

There must be at least one speaker registration at $60 per paper. This payment is a necessary condition for accepted papers to be presented at APSys 2020 and to appear in the the workshop proceedings.

To stimulate a maximum participation in the workshop, a reduced regular registration fee of only $25 has been fixed for the other attendees. It will provide access to all workshop sessions in Zoom and discussion in Slack.

These fees are used to help offset sunk costs and pay for future expenses although APSys 2020 is virtual and will not provide food or banquet.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All requests for refunds of registration fees must be received in writing to hiroshiy@cc.tuat.ac.jp by the registration due for each category. No cancellation fee will be charged.
